These workshops are designed to foster integration through the mediums of art and culture. Whether you are an artist, or someone who loves creativity, we warmly invite the Ukrainian community to join us in these enriching sessions.
Additionally, to all trainers and facilitators interested in learning from our experience and building on such activities, we have crafted a detailed curriculum to guide the workshops. You can find it here.

ANCE is actively exploring opportunities to assist Ukrainian Displaced People in Greece and the EU, including through securing funding from relevant donor-funded programmes.
To that end, we have established partnerships with like-minded organizations throughout the Union and drawn up project proposals in the context of the Creative Europe programme, funded by the EC.
Both proposals aim to leverage culture and creative expression as a vehicle towards healing, mutual understanding and intercultural appreciation. The two proposals submitted so far are the following
- “Narrate it! Integration and Mental Healing for Displaced Ukrainians through Culture”
- “Creating Bridges: Enhancing Cultural Exchange between the EU and Ukraine”
Currently, other opportunities are also being considered by our organization, as well as by our partner company «European Profiles S.A.
12/09/23: Update on our project proposal “Creating Bridges: Enhancing Cultural Exchange between the EU and Ukraine”
We are excited to announce that our application for a grant under the Creative Europe programme (CREA-CULT-2023–COOP-1) has been accepted. The “Creating Bridges” project is currently on its Grant Preparation Phase and is expected to start its activities soon!
The project aims to:
(A) enhance the resilience, mental health, and social inclusion of Ukrainian people and displaced persons through artistic expression and exchange;
(b) strengthen the participation of Ukrainian artists and art workers in Europe and to mainstream Ukrainian culture;
(c) raise awareness and enhance public dialogue about the role of cultural exchanges between European and Ukrainian citizens.
To achieve its objectives the project will combine art education and a series of cultural events, including major events, and smaller “open lessons”. These events disseminate results while engaging Ukrainian artists and the public, in Greece, Belgium, and Ukraine. The project will benefit UA persons, displaced persons, and art workers directly, as well as more than 15.000 people indirectly, including artists, art workers, and the wider public.
